## 释义
1.指外交官﹑国家元首﹑政府首脑以及其他服务于国际的政治机关的官员(如联合国所属官员)，在他国所享受的各项特权，包括人身和住宅的不受侵犯﹑不受当地法院审判﹑不服役﹑不纳捐税等。一国的军舰﹑军队根据有关协议，通过他国国境时，也享有这种权利。
